A glimpse into our home. 2 minutes into our Monday night walk this conversation took place:
Dave: Did I just see you DVR The Bachelorette?
Tiffany: You sure did!
Dave: That better not bump my recording of "The Hatfields & The McCoys"
Tiffany: It won't, but what are you gonna do if it did? (beginning to laugh) Besides, I'm NOT watching that.
Dave: What are you talking about? It's a lot better than the Bachelorette!
Tiffany: You know I don't like those bang-em-up-shoot-em-up kind of shows!! It's disturbing to me!
Dave: The Bachelorette is disturbing to me! And what's more disturbing is that you are 31 years old and you still get kicks out of watching it.
Touché Mendenhall. Touché.

That's funny! I have to agree with your hubs on this one though. I tried watching The Bachelorette one night last week and I wanted to stab myself in the eye. Terrible! There were muppets! ;)
Totally not the point of the post, I know, but how cute is that dress?!?! I love it.
My husband tried to get me to watch that show also and I told him "No thanks!" He lost me at Western. :)
LOL! The hubs and I have conversations like this about the tv and dvr all the time if it makes you feel any better. for us its between the 16 & Pregnant and Pawn Stars
Chip has just thrown his hands up and thrown in the towel...Bachelorette and other reality TV is just a reality in our house!
hahaha...my husband has been traveling out of town all month for work, and every week he tells me: "Make sure you watch the bachelorette before I get back on Friday!" to avoid one of his 500 shows getting bumped...seriously?! I realize it's a silly show but it's a guilty pleasure of mine :)
We totally had a similar convo last night! Only I wanted to watch Bethenny Ever After, ha!
thats too funny! Occasionally I can get hubs into the bachelorette:)
haha! lots of this going on here, too!
Haha!! We have this similar debate daily in my house and I'm totally DVRing the bachlorette this year too- I just can't miss it!
